4 Day Walk: A four day fully guided walk starting at Waldheim in Cradle Valley, south along the Overland Track and then west along the Innes Track to Arm River near Lake Rowallan, all located within Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park and Tasmania's World Heritage Area. The private huts have hot showers, twin share rooms and delicious meals with Tasmanian wine.

6 Day Walk: The Cradle Mountain Huts six-day walk is a fabulous journey within Tasmania's World Heritage Area. Following the famous Overland Track, the walk extends from Cradle Valley to Lake St. Clair through a variety of spectacular landscapes.

 Itinerary

Day 1 - Serenity on the Horizon

Commence walk at Boulder Point with views across Bass Straight Islands
Discover secluded beaches, rocky headlands and Aboriginal middens
Todays Walk is approximately 9km, 4 hours.
Accomodation is at Forester Beach Camp

Day 2 - Epic Sweep of Perfection

Spend day Trekking south
Enjoy uninterupted views from prime heathland and the ridgeline of brilliant whit sand dunes
Lunch and historic Eddystone Point Lighthouse, walk along remote beaches and shell covered coves
Today's walk is approximately 14km. 7 hours.
Accomodation at the Bay of Fires Lodge

Day 3 - River or relax

Based at the lodge the choice is yours to eith stay and relax or go kayaking along tranquil Ansons River
Kayak the river and witness up-close a pristine haven for wildlife, both on shore and off
Lunch on the river before short walk back to the lodge.

Day 4 - Return Rejuvenated

Following Breakfast, the beach and headlands are open for exploration and an ocean swim, simply curl up on thecouch and read a book
Set off on foot and walk through fragriant inland heath and peppermint forests to a secluded spot for lunch
The return trip passes through St Helens and historical Fingal Valley before arriving back at walking base near Launceston at 6pm
